1960s Jacques Tiffeau Plaid Wool Coat
A timeless mod winter coat from the 1960s in a beautiful brown and white plaid pattern. Boxy in shape and made from a thick winter wool that has a beautiful weight to it and gives this coat some swing. Collarless with rounded, almost tube-shaped neck ties. Epaulette detail at shoulders. Button cuffs. Marbled ivory buttons up the front which are hidden by a covered placket when buttoned. Pockets at hips. Fully lined in a rich rust colored lining.

CONDITION / Great with some minor flaws- Some small moth holes throughout which have been mended, especially on the epaulettes. Underarms of the interior lining have been mended too, but don’t affect the overall look of the coat at all. A small burn mark on the right cuff.

FIT / A boxy swing coat with more fitted sleeves. Could fit on smaller. Model shown is 5'7" and a size 2.
