SHIPPING & DELIVERY - Items are shipped between 1-5 business days of purchase. All domestic orders are shipped through USPS with tracking information. International shipments are shipped through USPS and only including full-transit tracking information if shipped Priority Mail. Please note, First Class International Shipments only include partial tracking and are not insured. Shipping rates vary per item and have been calculated by weight with the United States Postal Service's listed rates. Shipping options are shown in checkout.

INSTORE PICK UP - All inventory is located at our storefront- 421 Graham Ave- and is available for free local pick up. You can choose this option in checkout. The order is available for pickup anytime during open hours.

DISCLOSURE - Vaux Vintage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you would like to purchase insurance please let us know so we can send you an invoice for the additional fee. By placing an order with Vaux Vintage, you are responsible for all shipping fees, all applicable customs and import fees, and return shipping to Vaux Vintage in the case of a return or exchange. This also applies to any deliveries refused or uncollected by you at time of delivery.

RETURN POLICY

IN-STORE purchases are FINAL SALE.

ONLINE purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE only and must be shipped to us within 30 days of delivery. Item/s must be returned unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with tags on.

Please notify us prior to shipping back a return so we can expect the package and provide you with the correct return address. Store credit will be issued for the amount of the item excluding shipping costs and will be issued in the form of a non-expiring digital gift card to use instore or online. Please thoroughly read all of the shop policies and listing descriptions before purchase. Contact us anytime with questions or concerns.

CONDITION - We clean all garments and items to the best of our ability and take pride in the care we take to preserve them. Many have been hand-mended, hand-washed and tended to. Since most vintage garments have been previously worn or used there will inevitably be some wear on all pieces. We will always do our best to note the general condition and point out any noticeable flaws. Sometimes photos do not relay the detail of flaws, so please read all descriptions.

CANCELLATIONS - We can process an order cancellation and refund prior to shipment only. Please notify us immediately if you are wanting to cancel your order.
