CONDITION

All garments that can be washed, have been. Those that cannot have been thoroughly steamed. Since most vintage garments have been previously worn or used there will inevitably be some wear on all pieces. We will always do our best to note the general condition and point out any noticeable flaws. Sometimes photos do not relay the detail of flaws, so please read the description as well. 

 

RETURN POLICY

All items are only eligible for STORE CREDIT with the exception of those items listed as FINAL SALE (outlined below). Please read all of the shop policies and thoroughly read the listing descriptions before purchase. Contact us anytime with questions and you will receive a quick response. STORE CREDIT will be given for the amount of the item excluding shipping costs. Item must be returned in the condition it was sent within 30 DAYS from the delivery date. Please notify us before sending the item back. Item must be returned unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Credit will be given to the customer in the form of an emailed gift card and must be used within 60 days by the original purchase. FINAL SALE on all items purchased on sale or during a promotional sale. These items are final and cannot be returned for store credit, exchange, or refunds. SWIMWEAR, UNDERGARMENTS, and BODY CARE products are always FINAL SALE.  REQUIRED - You must notify us prior to shipping back a return so we can expect the arriving package and provide you with the return address.

   

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All items are carefully packaged and shipped through the United States Postal Service with tracking information. Shipping rates vary per item and have been carefully calculated by weight with the United States Postal Service's listed rates.

Items are shipped between 1-3 business days of purchase. Domestic shipments are sent Priority Mail and take 2-4 business days. International shipments are sent First Class and take around 5-20 business days (and in rare cases can sometimes take up to a month). If you'd like a speedier delivery please let us know beforehand and we can make arrangements.     

 

DISCLOSURE

Vaux Vintage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so if you would like to purchase insurance please let us know so we can send you an invoice for the additional fee. By placing an order with Vaux Vintage, you are responsible for all shipping fees, all applicable customs and import fees, and return shipping to Vaux Vintage in the case of a return or exchange. This also applies to any deliveries refused or uncollected by you at time of delivery.
